Club Runs are our weekly scheduled training sessions designed for runners of all levels. These routes are used regularly and are structured to support speed, endurance, and group running. Each map is labelled by day and distance (e.g., Tuesday 8, Thursday 10) so you can easily find and view the route before the session.

Sunday Long Runs are steady-paced endurance runs aimed at building distance and time on feet. They are usually longer routes and may include road or trail options. Maps are labelled (e.g., SUNDAY5, SUNDAY9), making it simple to select the specific run. You can also search from below to filter by route name.

Segments are short, focused sections of road or trail where runners can compete for their best time. Each month we feature one official segment, rotating through four themes: Sprint Segments, Hill Climbs, Tempo Segments, and Endurance Segments. Runners can attempt the segment as many times as they like during the month. At our monthly Member of the Month (MoM) event, we recognise the top performers by awarding Segment King, Segment Queen, and Local Legend (most attempts). It’s a fun way to stay motivated, track progress, and challenge yourself throughout the year.
