All members that have not signed up for an ASA license in 2018 will be affected by an administrative "cleanup" action that will soon be undertaken by WPA. The purpose of this cleanup is for WPA to get a better view of the active club membership, across all their affiliated clubs.
This note serves to inform you of the cleanup, to help prevent any confusion that may arise.
The process will involve the following:
WPA will un-link you from Durbac, and add you to an "inactive" group on the ASA system.
You will receive 2 auto-generated emails from Athletics South Africa ("Athletics South Africa Club Change", and "Athletics South Africa Registration"). You can ignore these emails.
When you start running road again, you can just select Durbac as your club again when you sign up for your ASA license.
Please note that Trail members are not affected by the actions on the ASA system.
If you are a paid-up Trail Member, we have you listed as a fully-fledged Durbac member (just without an ASA license).
